At Last Round Up, we don’t just serve barbecue—we serve up a taste of Texas history, cooked the way it was meant to be: over wood, with time, care, and a little bit of that South Texas soul and West Texas grit.
our menu, Texas barbecue in Odessa and Midland, Texas
At Last Round Up Barbecue Company, our menu is always evolving, from our signature Texas barbecue staples to limited-run pitmaster creations. Not every item is available at every service. Menu offerings, pricing, and availability may vary by location and event. Some items are offered exclusively as rotating specials and when they’re gone they’re gone. For today’s lineup and availability, check the menu board at the trailer or follow us on social media for the latest specials. Come hungry, Leave filled.
